Shipping policy

We process orders within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Estimated delivery times are between 7 and 15 business days, although in some cases they may vary due to high demand, the customer's location, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, if available.

We currently ship to Spain and selected other countries.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical issues, customs procedures, or incidents involving the shipping carrier.
